IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  • Due to the nature of this product, it will ship separately from other products purchased. It will ship rolled in a protective tube.
  • Final print will not have #HeyzenPhoto watermark on bottom right-hand corner
  • Due to print ratios, slight cropping may occur.

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping after production has been complete.

Production times:

  • Shirts and outwear – 3-5 business days
  • Leggings and hats – up to 14 business days (depending on design/stitching involved)

These production and shipping times are estimates within the United States. Shipping outside of the United States is currently not available.

Depending on availability, you may receive multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you).

We cannot accept returns based on ordering the wrong size or color. Please be sure you are ordering the correct size before finalizing your purchase. Occasionally, we will have some items pre-stocked and can do an exchange only if the design is available. If we are able to accommodate a product exchange, the item returned must not be washed, not be dirty, used, and/or unworn. Please contact us for exchange availability information.

If there is a mistake with the printing of your product due to a production issue, or it is somehow defective, please contact us with information about the defect and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

Limited edition items or products where proceeds have been donated cannot be refunded.

Print care instructions

 Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
Do not dry clean.
