It’s been quite some time since the Food and Wine Festival has come to Anaheim and this time around, Heyzen and his wife decided to try the Lasseter wine tasting seminar, unfortunately, there was a mix up that prevented them from showing up on time and they ended up attending a seminar on rosé wine. The selections were a 2014 Chene Bleu, a 2014 Yui and a 2013 Garrus. Two of these selections are currently offered at the Napa Rose and all three are offered at Club 33. Each had their own fruity and crisp characteristics perfect for a drink on a sunny day. This is definitely something that we would recommend doing if you have the opportunity.

We had a chance to attend a signing at ‘Off The Page’ featuring our pal Javier Soto, Jeremy Fulton, Mark Page, Brian Kesinger, Steve Adams and Noah. Below is an image of one of the ‘Congo Queen’ boats that Javier made for the event.
